Clarify the real outcome, audience, offer, and priorities. Remove the noise that makes the next move difficult to see.
Turn the direction into a useful product, learning experience, website, offer, workflow, or minimum viable version.
Connect the people, tools, AI, and processes needed to make the work sustainable and easier to improve.
Sometimes I help find the direction. Sometimes I build the first version. Often, I do both.
Experience
I've built businesses, designed professional learning programs, worked with organizations across Europe and the US, and helped train thousands of professionals. Today I work from Charlotte, NC, with founders and teams on both sides of the Atlantic.

Training & education
“Calm, sharp, and refreshingly direct. Our team left the training with practical AI workflows they used the same week — not theory.”

About
I like working where clarity and execution meet: finding what matters, removing what doesn't, and building the simplest version that works.
I'm an entrepreneur, educator, and product builder based in Charlotte, North Carolina. For more than a decade, I've been turning complicated ideas into businesses, learning programs, websites, tools, and systems people can actually use.
I don't arrive with a generic playbook. I ask questions, think alongside people, and help turn the right idea into something real.
FAQ
I work on offers, products, systems, and early-stage strategy — usually where something feels fuzzy and needs to become clear. Typical projects include clarifying a business model, designing a simple product or service, building a website that actually explains what you do, and setting up workflows that save time.
We start with one focused conversation about what you're trying to solve. From there, I propose a small first step — a plan, a prototype, or a working version — instead of a long contract. Most work happens in short cycles with clear deliverables, so you see progress quickly.
Both. I've worked with solo founders, small teams, and professionals inside larger organizations. The common thread is that someone needs clarity more than they need another opinion. I can advise, build alongside you, or coach your team through a decision.
A short description of the situation — what's working, what's stuck, and what a good outcome looks like. You don't need a polished brief. The messier and more honest, the better. I ask questions from there.
The best fit is when you have a real problem to solve and prefer simple, useful answers over long decks. If you value clarity, direct communication, and building something you can actually use, we'll probably work well together. The fastest way to find out is to send a message.
